Yes, if they lock the rationale before another team member enters their rationale, no team members will be able to enter their rationale. If they lock it after team members enter their rationale, whatever was last entered will still be there for any team member.

The maximum allowable medication is based on 4 doses per day for the 4-hour medication. Since the 12-hour capsule is intended for two doses per day, each dose has twice the maximum allowable medication of the 4-hour.

Is the Decision Rationale saved between the entire team?

No, the Decision Rationale is individual to each student. If one student enters their rationale, it will not appear on another student in the team.

The numbers are the quantity of units bought by the retailer. If a retailer buys <250, that discount percentage applies to them. If they buy between 250 and 2500, they get the discount next to <2500. etc.
